Before I found Global Arts Gifts Ltd. through an online sourcing website, I searched North America for a manufacturer to produce PVC parts, but came up empty handed. 
Based out of Seattle, Washington USA I had never worked with anyone overseas for my product before. Nicole Yang responded to my inquiry and she was extremely knowledgeable, 
able to point me in the right direction to get my items produced and super helpful at every turn. 
It has been one year, and I feel such a strong professional bond with Nicole that we built long distance over this last year. 
She provided stellar customer service, took her time answering my hundreds of questions, was kind, attentive and absolutely excelled at follow-up and once I received my product samples, I was blown away by the quality.
